Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bablu Patil Portfolio, you agree to comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Content on this site is for viewing and professional inquiry only.

2. Intellectual Property

All films, trailers, video songs, photos, and character designs are the exclusive property of Bablu Patil Film Production. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking & Collaboration

All inquiries constitute a "request for information." A formal binding contract is only formed upon the signing of a professional agreement.

Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure the scheduled date and time.
Advance: 50% advance payment should be cleared before the shoot commencement.

4. Expenses & Allowances

Professional collaborations are subject to standard operation allowances. Food and Travelling Allowances apply to all shoots outside of base locations and will be as per the mutual agreement or billed actuals.

5. Revisions & Scope

We strive for excellence. To ensure project timelines are met:

Standard Revisions: Each project includes [2-3] rounds of minor revisions.
Major Changes: Any additional rounds or major structural changes after the final edit will be billed at an hourly rate of 500 INR.
Scope Creep: Changes to the original brief (e.g., adding extra videos or changing the platform focus after filming) will require a separate quote.

6. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, Bablu Patil is not liable for technical errors or the temporary unavailability of site features (like live follower counts).
